Changes in Current Account Tariffs become effective from July 5, 2006.

Dear Clients!

Please be informed that the following changes in Current Account Tariffs (hereinafter the Tariffs) become effective from July 5, 2006:

1. We changed the Article 1 - Minimum initial deposit is 15 000 RUR / 500 USD / 500 EUR.

2. We changed the Article 10 - Interest paid on account is 0.25%.

3. We changed the Article 14 - Fee for providing copies of documents older than one month, at client's request (the request will be fulfilled within 2 weeks) is 800 RUR / 25 USD (EUR) per request + 150 RUR / 5 USD(EUR) per one document.

4. We specified the Article 15 - Fee for Claims / investigations (including payment details specification, payment order modification and cancellation) is 250 RUR / 10 UDS (EUR) per transaction + charges of correspondent bank.

5. We specified the cash withdrawal fee charging (footnote 2) - this fee is not applied when: a) capital amount and interest of the Term Deposit are withdrawn at maturity date of the Term Deposit agreement, and also, if the Deposit has not been prolonged, on two following working days.
