Cardholders of Raiffeisenbank Austria, can withdraw money in ATMs of Impexbank, without commission from May 12, 2006.

As of the 12th of May 2006 Raiffeisenbank Austria, ZAO and Impexbank, OAO announced mutual cash withdrawal commission cancellation. Now private clients - cardholders of Raiffeisenbank Austria, ZAO and Impexbank, OAO can withdraw money in ATMs of both banks without the commission*.

Introduction of this service is the first step in banks integration process. On the 28th of April 2006, having fulfilled all of the necessary formalities, Bank-Holding AG has closed the acquisition of 100 per cent of Russian Impexbank. Raiffeisen International is now the leading foreign banking group in Russia.

* does not apply to private clients - borrowers of Impexbank
