New terms and conditions of cash foreign currency sale for individual clients

From June 20, 2023, our clients can buy Swiss francs (CHF) in cash at Raiffeisen Bank's client offices in Moscow, the Moscow region and St. Petersburg. You can find the nearest branch where the currency is sold on the website. To purchase foreign currency, you need to place a pre-order — via chat in the app or on the bank's website or by phone number 8 800 700-91-00.

Please note that orders up to 100 thousand CHF are accepted until 2 p.m. for purchase on the next working day, over 100 thousand — until 2 p.m.  two working days before the date of purchase at the cash desk.
