New terms and conditions of service of «Premium» and «Premium 5» service packages

Starting July 3, 2023 Raiffeisen Bank updates the terms of service for current customers-owners of «Premium 5» and «Premium» service packages.

It is not necessary anymore to accumulate 5 stars to get the service without charges — it is enough to fulfill one of the conditions every month:

• A balance of ₽ 1,5 million or more in current ruble accounts and investment products at the end of the month.
• Spending from ₽ 150,000 per month on all cards — including additional and credit cards.

Paid service fees have been halved to ₽ 2,500 per month.

Premium packages also now include medical care — online or offline depending on the package terms. You can use the certificate yourself or gift it to a loved one.
