Changing of the conditions for depositing cash rubles in cash desks

As of August 1, 2023, Raiffeisen Bank’s cash deposit fees will change. There is no fee for deposits of 200 thousand rubles or more. For deposits up to 200 thousand rubles, the commission fee will be 1% of the amount, but not less than 300 rubles. This will allow us to optimize the load on cash desks and ensure high speed and quality of customer service in our offices.

Cash deposit of rubles in ATMs of Raiffeisen Bank remains free of charge and is not limited in amount. Please note that you can deposit no more than 300 banknotes of any denomination per ATM transaction.

Clients can also top up their cards at ATMs of partner banks without commission. You can find the addresses of partner ATMs in Raiffeisen Online mobile application, as well as on the bank’s website in the «Offices and ATMs» section. In total, more than 16,000 devices are available. Customers can also top up their MIR cards at non-partner ATMs — no commission is charged for deposits of up to 300,000 rubles per month.
