Notification about company name change in Raiffeisenbank

Kindly be notified about renaming of ZAO Raiffeisenbank (hereinafter — the Bank) pursuant to enactment of Federal law #99-FZ, amending chapter 4 of the Second part of the Civil Code of Russia staring 1 September, 2014, and according to the decision taken by the General Shareholders Meeting of ZAO Raiffeisenbank (minutes #63 of 22 December, 2014):

The Bank’s new full company name:

in Russian: Акционерное общество «Райффайзенбанк»

in English: Joint stock company Raiffeisenbank.

The Bank’s new shortened company name:

in Russian: АО «Райффайзенбанк»

in English: AO Raiffeisenbank

Please note that the changes only concern the name of the bank, no other banking details have been affected.
