Changes in Current Account Tariffs and Tariffs for bankcards become effective from September 21, 2007

Dear Customers!

Please be informed of the following changes in Tariffs and interest rates for personal current accounts (hereinafter the Tariffs). The following changes have been made:

1. Footnote to the Article 3 - Cash withdrawal at the Bank outlets:
   
   The fee is not applied when:
   
   c) The amount of downpayment together with mortgage loan amount is withdrawn (for mortgage loans for the purpose of real estate renovation the fee is not applied only if the whole tranche amount is withdrawn one-time).
   
   
2. Footnote to the Article 4 - Transfers within the Bank to corporate accounts:
   
   Transfers to OOO Raiffeisen Capital Asset-Management Company for purchase of investment fund shares and to the "Raiffeisen" NPF for pension contributions are processed without fee. The Bank is the authorized agent of these legal entities.
   
   
3. Footnote to the Article 6 - Transfers to other banks:
   
   Transfers to OAO "Impexbank" are processed without fee. The amendments to the Tariffs become effective from September 21, 2007. You can receive the new version of the Tariffs in the Bank's branches.
