Dear Customers!

Please be informed that on the 28 th of July, 2007 Raiffeisenbank branches will work:

- in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar - to 12:00 p.m.
- in Samara - to 1:00 p.m.
- in Ekaterinburg, Perm and Chelyabinsk - to 2:00 p.m.
- in Novosibirsk - to 3:00 p.m.
- in Krasnoyarsk - to 4:00 p.m.

If the date of your loan installment falls on the 28th of July 2007, you are to deposit money on the current account beforehand:

• not later than 12:00 p.m., July 28th, 2007 if you deposit money in a Raiffeisenbank branch;
• not later than 8 a.m., July 27th, 2007 if you deposit money through a Raiffeisenbank ATM;
• not later than 6 p.m., July 27th , 2007 if you deposit money through a cash desk.
