Changes in Current Account Tariffs and Tariffs for bankcards become effective from July 2, 2007.

Dear Customers!

Please be informed of the following changes in Current Account Tariffs and Tariffs for Raiffeisenbank Cards.

As of July 2, 2007 the changes in Tariffs for Raiffeisenbank Current Accounts will be effective:

1. Article 3 - The fee for cash withdrawal made in cash-office is - 0.5% min 150 RUB / 5 USD/EUR.
   
   For employees of Raiffeisenbank's corporate customers receiving their salaries into accounts with Raiffeisenbank - 0.5% min 150 RUB / 5 USD/EUR.
   
   
2. Article 13 - The fee for providing statement for the period (exclusive current and/or previous) on the customerэs request is - 150 RUB / 5 USD/EUR.

The fee is not taken:

• In case of cash withdrawal on the date of deposit maturity and in the following five working days, if there was no rollover;
• In case of account closure, if account balance is less than 900 RUB or the same amount in the foreign currency equivalent.

As of July 2, 2007 the changes in Tariffs for Raiffeisenbank Cards will be effective:

• Article 4 - The fee for cash withdrawal made in cash-office is - 0.5% min 150 RUB / 5 USD/EUR.
• For employees of Raiffeisenbank's corporate customers receiving their salaries into accounts with Raiffeisenbank - 0.5% min 150 RUB / 5 USD/EUR.
