Changes in Tariffs for bankcards become effective from May 1, 2007.

Dear Customers!

Please be informed of the following changes in Tariffs for Raiffeisenbank Credit Cards.

As of May 1, 2007 the changes in Tariffs for Raiffeisenbank VISA, VISA Gold, Raiffeisenbank MasterCard, MasterCard Gold Credit Cards will be effective:

1. Article 4 - Cash withdrawal fee will amount to 3%, min 325 roubles (3%, min 12 US dollars);
2. Article 7 - Fee for minimum payment overdue will amount to 600 roubles (20 US dollars);
3. Article 9 - Fee for overdraft of the credit limit will amount to 700 roubles (25 US dollars).

As of June 1, 2007 the changes in Tariffs for MalinaTM-Raiffeisenbank Credit Cards will be effective:

1. Article 4 - Cash withdrawal fee will amount to 3%, min 325 roubles;
2. Article 7 - Fee for minimum payment overdue will amount to 600 roubles;
3. Article 9 - Fee for overdraft of the credit limit will amount to 700 roubles;
4. Article 11 - Monthly fee for SMS-alerts on bankcard transactions:
   - for main card will amount to 60 roubles;
   - for supplementary card will amount to 45 roubles.
