ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria and OAO IMPEXBANK are uniting to form a single credit institution.

ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria hereby informs you that its new name - Closed Joint Stock Company Raiffeisenbank (ZAO Raiffeisenbank) - is to be entered in the Uniform State Register of Companies as of November 23, 2007.

The change in the bank's name will not result in any changes in the rights and obligations of the clients of ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria and OAO Impexbank.

We also inform you that the bank plans to open new branches at current OAO Impexbank branches following the merger. The bank's payment details for its Impexbank-based branches will change in future.
