The schedule for execution of banking operations for the period from December 26, 2006 to January 9, 2007.

Dear Customers!

Please be informed that ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria has set up the following schedule for execution of banking operations for the period from 26 December 2006 to 9 January 2007.

RUR and FCY payments

RUR outgoing and incoming payments:
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving outgoing payments with the current year execution. Cut-off time 14:00.
29 December 2006 - the last day for crediting incoming RUR payments.
9 January 2007 - the first day for execution of payment orders.
Payment orders received on 29 December 2006 will not be executed.
Payment orders received on 30 December and 06 December 2006 will be executed with value date 09 January 2007.

FCY outgoing and incoming payments:
26 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders for transfers of FCY with conversion and transfers of FCY other than USD and EUR.
27 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders for transfers of EUR.
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders for transfers of USD. Cut-off time 14:00.
29 December 2006 - the last day for crediting incoming payments.
Payment orders received after relevant cut-off time will be executed with value not earlier than 9 January 2007.
09 January 2007 - the first day for execution of payment orders.

Raiffeisen CONNECT

RUR payments:
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders. Cut-off time 14:00.
Payment orders received after relevant cut-off time will be executed with value not earlier than 9 January 2007.
2 January 2007 - first day for execution of payment orders on 9 January 2007.
FCY payments:
26 December 2006 - the last day for receiving client' orders for transfers of FCY with conversion and other FCY except USD and EUR.
27 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders for transfers of EUR.
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders for transfers of USD.
2 January 2007 - first day for execution of payment orders on 9 January 2007.

Conversions:
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders. Cut-off time 17:00.
Orders received on 28 December 2006 after relevant cut-off time and before 24:00 will be executed on 29 December 2006.
2 January 2007 - first day for execution of payment orders on 9 January 2007.

Deposits:
28 December 2006 - the last day for receiving clients' orders. Cut-off time 17:00.
Orders received on 28 December 2006 after relevant cut-off time and before 24:00 will be executed on 29 December 2006.
2 January 2007 - first day for execution of payment orders on 9 January 2007.
29 December 2006 - 1 January 2007 - all active operations through Raiffeisen Connect are blocked.

Standing orders

29 December 2006 - the last day for execution of RUR outgoing payments and clients' orders for transfers of RUR.
Payment orders with execution dates 30 December 2006 - 8 January 2007 will be proceed on 9 January 2007.
27 December 2006 - last day for execution of FCY outgoing payments and clients' orders for transfers of FCY.
Payment orders with execution dates 30 December 2006 - 8 January 2007 will be proceed on 9 January 2007.

Standing orders for conversions/internal transfers between one client's accounts, credit cards repayment and swip account maintenance with execution dates 31 December 2006 - 5 January 2007 will be proceed on 6 January 2007 and with execution dates 07 January 2007 - 8 January 2007 will be proceed on 9 January 2007.

Cash deposits

Сash deposits made by Clients directly on account in cash office:
Сash deposits made by Clients directly on account in cash office on 29.12 become available for Cardholders on 30.12.2006.
Сash deposits made by Clients directly on account in cash office on 30.12 become available for Cardholders on 02.01.2007.
Сash deposits made by Clients directly on account in cash office on 06.12 become available for Cardholders on 10.01.2007.

Cash deposits made by Clients through POS (in cash offices):
Cash deposits made by Clients through POS (in cash offices) on 29.12 before 14:00 become available for Cardholders on 30.12.2006.
Cash deposits made by Clients through POS (in cash offices) on 29.12 after 14:00 become available for Cardholders on 10.01.2007.
Cash deposits made by Clients through POS (in cash offices) on 30.12 and 06.01 after 14:00 become available for Cardholders on
10.01.2007.

Cash deposits made by Clients through ATMs:
Cash deposits made by Clients through ATMs on 29.12 before 08:00 a.m. become available for Cardholders on 30.12.2006.
Cash deposits made by Clients through ATMs on 29.12 after 08:00 a.m. become available for Cardholders on 10.01.2007.

Loans

Early repayment: 28 December 2006 - the last day for early repayment.
9 January 2007 - the first day for early repayment.

Repayment date:
In case 1 January 2007 is a repayment date, the repayment will be executed on 9 January 2007.
If the date of your loan installment falls on the period from the 2nd through the 9th of January 2007, уour current account will be debited according to your repayment schedule.

We kindly ask you to take into consideration that this schedule can be changed according to state bodies and Central Bank instructions/amendments.

Уou are to deposit money on the current account beforehand:
- not later than 30 December 2006, if you deposit money in a Raiffeisenbank branch;
- not later than 14:00 a.m., 29 December 2006, if you deposit money through a Raiffeisenbank POS;
- not later than 8:00 a.m., 29 December 2006, if you deposit money through a Raiffeisenbank ATM.

Raiffeisenbank credit card-holders are to deposit money on the current account not later than the payment due date stated in the credit card statement.
