Changes in General Terms of Service for Bank Accounts and Individual Deposits become effective from January 15, 2007.

Dear Clients!

We are writing to inform you that the Bank has made the changes to the "General Terms of Service for Bank Accounts and Individual Deposits at ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria" (hereinafter - "the General Terms of Service").

The amendments to the General Terms become effective from January 15, 2007 for customers who opened their accounts before December 15, 2006, and from December 15, 2006 for all other customers.

For more details on the changes, please ask Bank staff for copies of the new versions of the General Terms and the Tariffs.
