Raiffeisenbank strengthens its agile practice development

February 3 2020

Anton Bevzyuk was appointed as the Head of the Agile Practice Development Department, which directly reports to the Chairman of the Board of Raiffeisenbank. Anton’s top priorities at his new position will be building self-organized teams, strengthening the Scrum Master community, and spreading the Agile culture across product teams.

Anton has 20 years of expertise as a developer and 10 years of expertise in training of various agile practices, which allowed him to combine the theoretical aspects of training with their real application in engineering practices of extreme programming. Prior to joining Raiffeisenbank, Anton was involved in building processes in IT teams at Dodo Pizza, and since 2017, he initiated process experiments with the LeSS (Large Scale Scrum) and LeSS Huge frameworks.

«Compared to other banks, Raiffeisenbank already has a well developed Agile culture, and this is shown primarily in the products development. Today the bank has a strong Scrum community that clearly understands and shares the Agile philosophy. I am glad to join Raiffeisenbank’s team and hope that my expertise helps strengthen the role of the Scrum community and create successful self-organized product teams, where required," Anton Bevzyuk, the Head of Agile Practice Development at Raiffeisenbank added.
