Raiffeisenbank took first place in the Forbes rating of 100 reliable Russian banks 2020. This became possible thanks to the best combination of international and Russian credit ratings (BBB (Fitch), Baa3 (Moody’s), AAA (ACRA), ruAAA (Expert RA)), as well as strong indicators for key criteria, including assets, capital sufficiency, quick liquidity ratio, return on equity and the share of deposits in liabilities.
«Exceptional reliability is one of the key priorities in all areas of Raiffeisenbank’s business — this is confirmed by high ratings, sustainable growth in financial performance in all business areas, as well as the trust of our clients, who also highly appreciate the quality of our solutions as part of the NPS (net promoter score) study. Our strategy in all segments is to make financial management simple and convenient, demonstrating the best results," Sergey Grib, the Head of Integrated Risk Management Devision at Raiffeisenbank, said.
The rating considered the financial indicators of the leading Russian banks, as well as data from international and Russian rating agencies accredited with the Bank of Russia.
