Raiffeisenbank introduces a new service“Mortgage Saturdays”, i.e., individual consultations on mortgage lending. Owing to this service every Saturday clients visiting specialized divisions can get detailed consultations without submitting any documents and also apply for a mortgage loan. Our consultants are ready to answer any questions of potential borrowers.
Commenting on the service Member of Raiffaisen Board, Head of the frontoffice for contacts with natural persons Roman Vorobiev pointed out:“Mortgage is a sophisticated product requiring detailed and unhurried consultation with a specialist. As a rule, a client should discuss all the details related to the mortgage loan with his/her marriage partner, which is practically inconceivable during Bank consultations, after work or during a short break in the lobby full of other clients. “Mortgage Saturdays” give a family an opportunity to make this crucial decision consciously, in relaxed atmosphere”.
Raiffeisenbank introduced mortgage loan to the market as early as 2000,in 2003 the first mortgage division was established. On the 28th ofOctober the initiative“Mortgage Saturdays” was introduced into several Moscow divisions: “Krasnye Vorota”, “Leninsky 32”, “Novy Arbat”, “Preobrazhenskoye”, “Romanov Dvor”, “Tishinskoye” as well as to the affiliated company “Sibirsky” located in Novosibirsk. The introduction of this service into other Bank’s branches is planned in near future.
