ZAO Raiffeisenbank offers a new service called Raiffeisen Teleinfo, which allows bank clients to automatically and quickly receive up-to-the-minute information on available card balance, recent transactions, credit card debt, and currency exchange rates and to activate SMS-alert service with the high level of confidentiality afforded by telephone service.
Raiffeisenbank has ensured the security of information in this system by requiring that clients enter a unique PIN code and the last four digits of the client’s bank card.
Raiffeisen Teleinfo services can be accessed through a land line or a mobile phone, as long as the phone used has touch-tone dialling, which is essential for navigation of the system's voice menu.
Clients may reach the Raiffeisen Teleinfo service by calling the 24-hour cardholder support service number and then following the system's voice instructions, choosing the necessary services by pressing the corresponding numbers on their telephone.
Full information on the Raiffeisen Teleinfo system may be found on the website under «Remote Services».
