Raiffeisenbank began to provide mortgage loans at a rate of 6% to families in which from January 1, 2018 until the end of 2022, a second or third child was born or will be born.
The discounted rate will be valid for three years for families in which the second child was born or will be born in the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022. If a third child was born in the family during the same period, the mortgage loan interest discount will be extended for another two years — up to five years.
According to the state program, the rate after the end of the discounted loan interest period will not exceed the size of the key rate of the Central Bank, valid at the time of the loan provision and increased by 2 percentage points. In addition, the bank will offer customers a rate under «Loan for the Purchase of Real Estate in the Primary Market» program, if it will be below the level of the Central Bank key rate plus 2 percentage points.
