Every fifth client of Raiffeisenbank receives a consumer loan without visiting an office

Since 2017, Raiffeisenbank has been offering its clients the opportunity to get a loan without visiting an office. The process of applying, approval, signing an agreement, as well as direct provision is completely carried out in the mobile bank.
In the first quarter of 2019, 18.6% of consumer loans were provided remotely, while in March every fifth client of the bank got approval and funds without visiting an office. 70% of such applications were submitted in the Raiffeisen Online mobile application, while in 2018 this figure was only 40%.
«More than half of our clients use the online bank every month, and every fifth client visits Raiffeisen Online every day," Andrey Morozov, the Head of the Credit Product Department at Raiffeisenbank noted. «We strive to ensure that the loan execution is simple and convenient, and the service is available in the channel that the client prefers. Mobile technology, of course, is a driver of the development of remote lending. Thanks to new online tools, it’s now possible to get approval of the application in a few minutes without visiting an office.»
Raiffeisenbank is constantly working to improve the convenience of the loan application for clients. In the first quarter of 2019, the bank presented an online window in the personal account, in which, when you fill in an application, required data about the client is automatically pulled into.
